Sugar coater is used for coating tablets that are pressed into forms, especially for thin film coating in pharmaceutical industry as well as in food and chemical industries.
After polishing the surface of the coated tablet is bright the coating prevents it from oxidize being wet or evaporating hides the uncomfortable flavor makes it identifiable and alleviates the dissolution in human bodies.
工作原理Principle of operation
锅体顺时针旋转，对锅内芯片分次喷复糖浆+混浆料，使糖浆混合料在芯片上均匀涂布，并使糖衣片在锅内翻滚，从而得到合格的糖衣药片。
本机以合理的形状、稳定的线速度使片剂在锅内形成最佳物流曲线流以满足包糖衣的工艺要求
As the oven turns clockwise syrup and mixture making is sprayed at time onto the slugs in the oven and the syrup mixture spreads evenly all over the slugs; the slugs are turning over in the oven concernedly qualified sugar-coated tablets are turned out.
The machine satisfies the processing demand of sugar coating by providing an optimum materials flowing curve motion of tablets in the oven with reasonable shape and stable linear speed.
