1、产品用途和特点
环氧云铁中间漆是我所研制成功的一种新型防腐蚀涂料，主要用于各种钢铁结构的防腐蚀底漆或中间层漆。它是以环氧树脂为主要成膜物质，加入有机溶剂、云母氧化铁、填料和助剂等组成的高固体分涂料。该产品为优良的屏蔽型防护涂料，防腐蚀性能优异，机械性能好，附着力强，可作为防腐蚀底漆使用，也可作为中间层漆使用。适用于桥梁、船舶、海上石油钻井平台、港湾设备、钢质油罐、管线等各种钢结构的防腐蚀底漆或中间层漆，与各种面漆配套性能良好。
2、涂料组成与包装
该涂料为双组分环氧树脂涂料，按甲、乙两组份分装；
甲组份(云铁灰液体) 乙组份(棕色液体)
涂料各组份间的配比是通过大量试验得出的最佳用量比。为方便使用，产品出厂时已按比例配套包装。
