BCJ090－Ⅰ铅笔高速刨槽机是制笔设备中刨削铅芯槽的专用设备。机身所有铸件采用高级树脂砂造型，经退火时效处理后，整机稳定性强，永久不变形。机身主要部位材料全部采用优质碳钢，以确保设备运转的稳定。设备具有整体外观新颖、结构紧凑、配置灵活、操作简单、调整维修方便等特点。刨刀轴组件采用NSK日本进口P4级轴承，刀轴兼顾高刚性与最佳动态平衡设计，达到在高转速加工的需求下刀轴仍保有“旋转精度高，转动震动小，旋转噪音小”的性能。刀轴可配用片刀、小圆刀、瓦片刀。

The BCJ090－I high-speed grooving machine is a special equipment to groove for pencil lead among the pencil-making instruments. We adopt high-class resin sand to make all castings of the machinery, which are stable and indeformable forever after annealing and ageing treatment. All the materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. The printer has novel appearance, compact and flexible configuration, and is easily operated, adjusted, fixed. Bearings of cutters are the NSK level p4 imported from Japan, and the arbors are highly rigid and well balanced so that it can exquisitely run with little vibration and low noise at even high speed. The arbors can be with fillet knife, circular knife, and tiles knife.
